The Salsa Grill is one of my all-time favorite restaurants. Besides the food being delicious the chef and staff spoil their patrons. They are very attentive and terrific with making menu suggestions. Ive been several times and the staff sometimes bring something out for the patrons to sample; call it product testing. Once I was asked to try the Seafood Gazpacho which was delicious and made from prize winning tomatoes that the chef had a hand in growing himself; they actually won a State Fair prize for them!
Salsa Grill has weekly specials that will keep you coming back for more. Their specials include Chicken and Shrimp Stir Fry, Idaho Rainbow Trout, Pupusa topped with Chicken and Shrimp, Strawberry Shortcake, and Cheesecake to name just a few.
Now for those of you who dont know me I have a strict two day take out rule in my place. I dont eat take-out food thats been in the fridge more than two days. I brought the Stuffed Flounder with Crab Imperial and the German Chocolate Cake home because I couldnt eat it all. After the second day I still couldnt eat it all. I almost had tears in my eyes when I threw the last piece of that Flounder away; it was that good
