ima means “lime” in Spanish. So as the name suggests, most of the dishes and beverages at Lima are either are prepared or complimented with lime in some fashion. Most notably in Ceviches, fresh fish dishes served raw and marinated in lime juice. A staple of South America, Ceviche is both light and healthy, and always bursting with flavor. Lime is also used in Caipirinha (the national cocktail of Brazil) and Mojitos to add zing to these traditional alcoholic refreshments. Even the butter at LIMA is infused with lime. Not surprisingly, it is also a personal favorite of owner Masoud A.

Taking the next step in LIMA’s evolution, and to better accommodate our guests, LIMA was recently remodeled to expand it’s vision with a new secluded bar on the dining level, more interior space, new modern restroom facilities on the levels, as well as new decor, furnishings, and on-premise boutique.
