John O’Neill Castro began practicing law in 1992. He is licensed to practice law in Virginia and the District of Colombia. Mr. O’Neill Castro received his BA from Mary Washington College and in 1992 completed his Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida.
He began his law career with the Law Offices of Robert J. O’Neill and in 2000 served part time as Assistant Commonwealth Attorney in Woodstock, VA. In 2001, Mr. O’Neill Castro joined the Law Office of Michael Ephraim in Arlington, VA. In 2006, he re-joined the family law practice, along side his father and brother. Mr. O’Neill Castro’s areas of practice include divorce and domestic relations, personal injury, criminal and traffic law.
Mr. O’Neill Castro is active in the Warren County Bar Association and the Hispanic Bar Association. Having spent 13 years in various South American countries Mr. O’Neill Castro is fluent in Spanish.
