Welcome to Blue Agave Restaurante y Tequileria, a Historic Federal Hill landmark located in the old McHenry Theatre since 2000. It saw great early success serving quality food influenced from authentic recipes and techniques from many regions of Mexico. During the late 2000?s Blue Agave fell off the map, it lost the energy and enthusiasm needed to maintain a neighborhood restaurant. Then it found us! On March 14th, 2012 Blue Agave went under new ownership.
So who are we? We are 3 guys with 34 years (collective) of restaurant experience! Our first visit to Blue Agave got us excited to see the potential of this great space with great food
